How do I place an order?

For listed items: cart → checkout. For anything else (or factory links): use Custom Source — we aim to reply within about 4 business hours and send a full quote within 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave our Huizhou or Shenzhen warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive worldwide in 7–15 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer. Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships.

How much is shipping?

PayPal at checkout is for goods only. After we weigh and pack, we email the international freight quote by destination. We consolidate into one box whenever possible. Import duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and Payoneer (Request a Payment). Catalog PayPal pays the item subtotal; shipping is a separate invoice after weighing. Never pay anyone outside our official channels.

Can I get an invoice / receipt?

Yes. After payment we email a receipt. For company invoices with tax ID, reply to your order confirmation and we'll issue one.

What if I don't like the item?

You have 20 days from delivery to return unopened items for a full refund. Defective or misdescribed items get free return shipping — message us first.

I sent the wrong address — what now?

Contact us within 24 hours. We can usually update the address before dispatch at no charge. After shipping, carrier fees may apply.

Is everything authentic? Any fakes?

We source from verified factories and trusted marketplace sellers, then photograph and QC every item before it leaves Guangdong. If it's not as described, we refund 100%.
