We buy, then hand to a forwarder
After you pay, we purchase from the factory or seller. The parcel goes to a freight forwarder in Huizhou or Shenzhen for export. Photos when the seller or forwarder provides them.

Tracked shipping worldwide
Tracked delivery to 80++ countries — most doors in 7–15 days. Freight is final after weigh-in; import duties (if any) are paid by you.

Common questions
Can you source Chinese products for me?
Yes. That is our core service — handmade crafts, ceramics, cultural gifts, factory accessories, and one-off maker pieces. Send a link, photo, or description on Custom Source and we handle purchasing, QC, and international shipping. 1688 and Taobao links work too, but they are not required.
How long does a quote take?
Usually within 24 hours on business days (GMT+8). Complex or factory-custom items may take longer — we will say so in the reply.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and Payoneer (Request a Payment). We do not ask customers to wire random bank accounts from the website.
Who pays shipping and customs?
International shipping is quoted after we weigh your parcel in Guangdong. Import duties and taxes (if any) are charged by your country and paid by you. Product price and our service fee do not include those destination charges.
What if the item is wrong or damaged?
Unused items can be returned within 20 days of delivery under our returns policy. Defective or misdescribed items: email us with photos and we will make it right.
