By using https://yuefetch.com or submitting a custom sourcing request, you agree to these terms.
Service
YueFetch helps overseas buyers source goods from China: curated catalog items and custom purchases (factory / marketplace). We quote in English (product + international shipping + service fee), QC in Guangdong when applicable, and ship from Huizhou or Shenzhen.
Quotes
Custom quotes are estimates until you approve and pay. Final freight may change after we weigh and pack the parcel. Catalog prices exclude international shipping unless stated otherwise.
Payment
We accept PayPal and/or Payoneer as shown at checkout or in your quote email. Title to goods transfers according to the payment provider’s rules after successful payment. Do not pay third parties claiming to represent YueFetch without verifying via tonyoneer@gmail.com or our WhatsApp.
Shipping & risk
Transit times are typical estimates (7–15 days to many destinations), not guarantees. Customs duties, taxes, and import rules in your country are your responsibility unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
Returns
Unused, unopened catalog items may be returned within 20 days of delivery for a refund of the item price as described on the site. Defective or mis-described items: contact us first for a free return path. Custom-sourced or personalized items may be non-returnable once purchased on your behalf — we will say so in the quote.
Acceptable use
You may not use YueFetch to source illegal goods, counterfeit branded merchandise intended to deceive, or anything prohibited by Chinese or destination-country law. We may refuse or cancel requests at our discretion.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, YueFetch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amounts you paid us for that order.
