Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://yuefetch.com, catalog purchases, and Custom Source requests with YueFetch. By placing an order or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
Day-to-day shipping, packing, customs, and return procedures are not restated here — they live in our separate Shipping & Returns Policy. If an operational detail conflicts, that policy controls for logistics; these Terms control for contract, liability, and acceptable use.
Who we are
YueFetch is a China sourcing concierge based in Huizhou & Shenzhen, Guangdong. We help overseas buyers purchase curated catalog goods and source items from factories or Chinese marketplaces, with English quotes (product + international shipping + service fee) and QC when applicable.
Quotes
Custom quotes are estimates until you approve and pay. Final freight may change after we weigh and pack the parcel. Catalog prices exclude international shipping unless stated otherwise. Import duties and taxes in your country are not included unless we explicitly say so in writing.
Payment
We accept PayPal and/or Payoneer as shown at checkout or in your quote email. Do not pay third parties claiming to represent YueFetch without verifying via hello@yuefetch.com or our official WhatsApp (+86 134 2285 5855 · @tonyoneer).
Third-party brands & compatibility
Product names that mention other brands (for example bands described as compatible with WHOOP 5.0 / 4.0) refer to independent third-party accessories. YueFetch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brand owners. Compatibility claims describe fit for the named device modules only.
Acceptable use
You may not use YueFetch to source illegal goods, counterfeit branded merchandise intended to deceive, or anything prohibited by Chinese or destination-country law. We may refuse or cancel requests at our discretion.
Intellectual property
Site content, product photography we produce, and YueFetch branding remain our property (or our licensors’). You may not scrape, resell, or republish our catalog at scale without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, YueFetch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits or customs delays outside our control). Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amounts you paid us for that order.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for new orders.
