China sourcing for overseas buyers — factory-direct, QC’d, shipped worldwide
YueFetch is your China sourcing concierge and China personal shopper. We help international buyers source distinctly Chinese products — handmade crafts, cultural gifts, factory accessories, and maker pieces — from Guangdong studios and factories, via our catalog, your link, or a photo. Not limited to 1688 or Taobao.
What China sourcing with YueFetch includes
Browse ready catalog products or submit a Custom Source request with a link, photo, or description. We confirm stock, quote product + international shipping + service, QC and photograph items in Guangdong, then ship with tracking. Typical delivery is about 7–15 business days worldwide. Factory-direct vs marketplace resellers
Many overseas listings are marked up through multiple middlemen. Our job is to get closer to the maker or a verified Guangdong seller, then hold the goods long enough to check color, finish, accessories, and packing before they leave China. That does not make every item “wholesale MOQ cheap,” but it usually beats mystery dropship pricing and reduces surprise defects.
Photo QC before export
Before international shipping we photograph what you are actually buying. If something is wrong (shade mismatch, missing parts, damage), we flag it while the parcel is still in Huizhou or Shenzhen — not after it has crossed an ocean. This is the core difference between a sourcing concierge and a pure forwarding address.
Who this is for
Individuals and small brands abroad who need reliable China purchasing — replacement accessories, handmade ceramics, outdoor lighting, gifts, or one-off factory finds — without hiring a local team or learning Chinese payment rails.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a China sourcing quote take?
Most Custom Source requests get an English quote within about 24 hours on business days (GMT+8). Complex factory customs or unclear links may take longer — we say so in the reply.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Payoneer (Request a Payment), and credit/debit card on checkout. We do not ask customers to wire random personal bank accounts from the website. Card numbers stay on the hosted payment page.
Do you ship worldwide from Huizhou and Shenzhen?
A freight forwarder in Huizhou or Shenzhen exports after we buy. Door-to-door is typically about 7–15 business days after dispatch; remote destinations can take longer. We do not run our own warehouse.
What if the item is defective or not as described?
Message us with photos and a clear reason first. We do not offer no-reason / change-of-mind refunds. Defective, damaged, wrong, or misdescribed items are reviewed under our Shipping & Returns policy — approved quality cases are handled fairly, often with free return shipping when the fault is ours.
