What we won’t buy (and why)

“Can you get me a Rolex / Hermès / Nike that looks real but cheaper?”

No.

Same answer for pirated toys, fake sensors, and listings that use another brand’s photos to sell a knockoff. We wrote it on the site under About and in the footer for a reason: no fakes, no IP rip-offs.

Reasons that aren’t marketing:

1. Customs. Fake logos get parcels opened, seized, or returned. You lose the goods; we lose the week. 2. Your card / PayPal. Chargebacks on counterfeit disputes are a nightmare. We don’t want that fight. 3. Trust. If we’ll lie about a bag, why trust us on a mug’s weight?

What we *will* buy: studio ceramics, tea mats, name seals, leather journals, solar garden lights, third-party wearable bands that say compatible with (not “official”), factory SKUs with a clear maker. Browse the shop or send a request.

How an honest quote looks

We don’t do “all-in special price, trust me.”

You get three lines in English:

1. Product — what we pay the seller / studio, plus our margin written as service when it’s Custom Source. 2. Freight — final number after we weigh the packed carton in Huizhou or Shenzhen. Catalog checkout is the same idea: product first, freight as payment two. 3. Service — on Custom Source, it’s on the quote. Not invented at the end.

If EU Amazon is cheaper for a phone, we say so. If the Xiaohongshu photo is stolen and we can’t get authorised shots, the item stays off the catalog. If stock is 1 (one-of-a-kind), we say sold when it’s sold — we don’t clone a glaze.

QC without the theatre

“Verified” is a useless word until someone opens the box.

When a maker allows photos, we send them before export. When they don’t, we don’t steal watermarks off Xiaohongshu and call it QC. Packing foam matters for ceramics. Clasps get checked on bands. Engraving text gets confirmed before a seal is carved.

Returns need a reason — damage, defect, wrong item, not as described — not “I changed my mind.” Rules are on Shipping & returns. Quality window is usually within 20 days of delivery; obvious transit damage, email photos within 48 hours.
