- How does shipping work?
- Eligible all-light carts of $199+ ship free to the US, Canada, UK, Germany and Japan. Other orders get a packed-weight freight quote by email. Typical in-stock dispatch: 10–15 business days after payment and QC.
- Who pays import duties?
- You do, if your country charges them. We ship DDU-style — product and freight are separate from any local customs bill.
- Do you check the goods before shipping?
- Yes. We QC in Guangdong before export. If something is wrong on arrival for a reason we cover, see Returns.
- Ceramics and tea pieces — what about breakage?
- We pack for export, but ceramics are fragile. Transit risk and packing notes are on Shipping & Returns. Freight on heavy clay can cost more than the piece — we'll quote honestly.
