Halloween Temporary Tattoo: An A4 Sheet, Not a Costume Line

A Halloween temporary tattoo here is one A4 sheet from Dongguan. It is a costume extra. It is not a needle, and it is not a medical device.

On 22 September 2026 the National Retail Federation said US Halloween spending is expected to reach $13.5 billion, against last year's record of $13.1 billion. The NRF release puts costumes at $4.4 billion, with 71 percent of shoppers expected to spend on them. Dressing in costume is one of the ways people mark the day, at 50 percent. The average expected spend is $115.14 a person, close to $114.45 in 2025. NRF asked 7,889 consumers from 1 to 9 September. The margin of error is plus or minus 1.1 percentage points.

It is wet-transfer, made in Dongguan (Houjie): peel the clear film, press on clean dry skin, wet the paper backing thoroughly, wait 10–20 seconds, then slide the backing off.
