Temporary Tattoo Stickers: Dongguan Sheets, Not a Needle

Temporary tattoo stickers on this shelf are printed sheets from Dongguan. They are fashion. They are not a needle, and they are not a medical device.

On 7 October 2026, Transportation Insight published its note for the week of 5–9 October. The parcel part is the part I keep. Peak surcharges are already live at UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac. UPS package-characteristic charges started 27 September. FedEx followed on 28 September. OnTrac's handling and oversize charges started 26 September. USPS holiday pricing took effect 4 October. Broader service and residential charges at UPS and FedEx are dated 25 and 26 October.

Read that as a United States domestic parcel calendar. It is not a new line on a carton leaving Huizhou. Some of those charges hit big boxes. Later in October, others hit ordinary residential parcels too. The product pages put these sheets at about 10–40 grams before packing. None of that rewrites the freight on a light sheet leaving Guangdong.

What you actually press on

The aisle is temporary tattoo stickers from Dongguan. The sheets listed there today are USD 10.99 each.

Two of them need no water. The W waterless herbal sheet, 60×80mm, USD 10.99 is the small one, made in Dongguan (Houjie). Peel the clear film, press it on clean dry skin, tap it firmly, then peel the backing. The WSC waterless color sheet, 100×150mm, USD 10.99 is the same press-on idea, larger, and in color. If the sheet has more than one design, cut the motif you want before you press.

Most of the rest are wet-transfer. The black lace sheet, 148×210mm, USD 10.99 is silk-screen, the same lace family as the white sheet and the brown sheet. Peel the film, press on clean dry skin, wet the paper backing thoroughly, wait 10–20 seconds, then slide the backing off. The Halloween sheet, and a small glow sheet, are on the short brief: Halloween temporary tattoo.

I buy and check these in Dongguan. YueFetch is registered in Hong Kong. I do not run a warehouse. After that, a freight forwarder in Huizhou or Shenzhen exports the parcel and sends tracking. The product page lists a shipping window of 7–15 business days. That window is typical. It is not a pledge that a peak-season customs hall will be empty.

The $69 line, said the way the category says it

Tattoo-only carts ship from USD 69. Free international freight to the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, or Japan starts once a tattoo-only order reaches USD 69.

Six of these $10.99 sheets come to $65.94. That misses the line. Seven come to $76.93. That clears it. I am not publishing a sheet-count minimum. The rule is the dollar line, and it applies when the cart is only these tattoos.

If the box is going somewhere else, freight is its own number after the sealed parcel is weighed. Import duty, if your country charges it, is yours. I do not fold it into the sticker price to make the page look smaller.

When the listed sheet is the wrong one

A sheet that is already listed goes in the cart. You do not need a form for that.

If you want a size or a look that is not on the shelf, open Custom Source. Say the size, the look, and the country. If I take it, the reply is three lines: the product, international shipping after weigh-in, and the service fee. On business days that is usually within 24 hours. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 21:00 GMT+8. Other categories on that form are limited, and I may decline. This is not a general Taobao run.

You pay that quote before I buy. PayPal goes to hello@yuefetch.com. Payoneer is a Request a Payment. Card checkout is the third option. WhatsApp is +86 134 2285 5855.

The limit

A week of US parcel surcharges does not change the sheet, the $10.99, or the $69 line. These are fashion temporary tattoos. Not permanent ink. Not a medical device.
