How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and submit checkout details. For anything not listed, use Custom Source — send a link or description and we'll quote within 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave our Huizhou or Shenzhen warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive worldwide in 7–15 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer. Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships.

How much is shipping?

Listed prices are for the product only. After you submit an order or custom-source request, we weigh the packed parcel in Guangdong and email a shipping quote by destination. We consolidate multiple items into one box whenever possible. See Shipping & Returns for estimates vs final freight and cancel-before-ship rules.

Who pays customs duties and import tax?

You do. Duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs based on the shipment and declared value. YueFetch does not collect them in the product price or freight quote. Details and refused-delivery rules are in Shipping & Returns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Payoneer (Request a Payment). After we quote, you’ll get English payment instructions — also shown on the order success page. Never pay anyone outside our official channels.

Can I get an invoice / receipt?

Yes. After payment we email a receipt. For company invoices with tax ID, reply to your order confirmation and we'll issue one.

What if I don't like the item / want a refund?

We do not support no-reason or change-of-mind refunds. Email a clear reason (damage, defect, wrong item, not as described, etc.) with photos when useful. We review within our quality window (typically {days} days from delivery; 48 hours for obvious transit breakage). Approved quality cases are refunded fairly — see Shipping & Returns.

I sent the wrong address — what now?

Contact us within 24 hours. We can usually update the address before dispatch at no charge. After shipping, carrier fees may apply.

Is everything authentic? Any fakes?

We source from verified factories and trusted marketplace sellers, then photograph and QC every item before it leaves Guangdong. If it's not as described, we refund 100%.
